2017 Detroit Riverdays

Friday - Sunday, June 23-25th 2017

GM River Days presented by the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, returns June 23-25, 2017.  This one of a kind festival takes place along the Detroit Riverfront – from the Detroit/Wayne County Port Authority Terminal & Dock just west of the GM Renaissance Center, to Rivard Plaza and the William G. Milliken State Park. River Days is a celebration of Detroit’s RiverWalk with activities on land and water.  Experience all the RiverWalk has to offer, from the jet-ski demos and riverboat tours to live musicsand sculpturesdelicious eats and much more!

Admission to GM River Days is $3 before 3pm and $5 after 3pm to support the non-profit Detroit RiverFront Conservancy. Admission to the festival will be free between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Friday, June 23rd.   Also, if you participate in the RiverFront Run you will recieve a free admission coupon. Children ages 3 and under as well as seniors ages 65 and up are not required to pay an admission fee.

Volunteer

Hundreds of volunteers are needed to make this festival a success. A variety of positions are available from greeting guests to crowd control.

In exchange for your time and talents, you will receive a River Days Festival Volunteer T-shirt, complimentary parking (with shuttle service to the festival), first priority for volunteer opportunities for the 2017 River Days, and for every shift you work, entry in the volunteer drawing for great prizes.
