The Summer Cruise Series began in 2009 as a way to offer regular clients and newcomers a chance to enjoy the unique experience of a night aboard the Ovation, outside of the successful corporate events, unique fundraisers and one-of-a-kind weddings-on-the-water that occupy the 138-foot luxury yacht and its sister ship the Infinity, nearly every night of the season.

With the Summer Cruise Series, couples, small parties, larger groups and others can celebrate special events, entertain clients, extend networking opportunities or just enjoy a special night on the river, aboard one of Detroit's most exclusive entertainment venues.

Summer Cruise Series' events provide a one-stop night on the town, with exceptional cuisine, premium open bar and Detroit's hottest entertainment centered around a changing roster of themed music and amazing menus cooked up by our expert staff, with a sense of fun and adventure.

No matter which night (or nights) you choose, every cruise on the Ovation highlights a side of the city that you and your guests will never forget: with gorgeous views of the Detroit and Windsor skylines above a newly burgeoning international riverfront.

They hope you will take advantage of this limited series, and join their crew this summer for an absolutely unique Detroit experience!

This 100% volunteer event has gathered over 628 tons of debris from the Lake St. Clair shoreline. Once again, we are encouraging everyone to join our efforts to clean the beaches and shoreline of Lake St. Clair. Volunteers are what made this event the success it has been in the past and it is the volunteers who will make this event a success this year. This has grown into a tremendous "done in a day event" - the largest in the midwest. This year's clean-up sites include Veteran's Memorial Park beach, Blossom Heath Park beach, the Champine Park shoreline and the Chapaton Retention Basin shoreline in St. Clair Shores. Some canal and shoreline homeowner groups will participate in this year's event by cleaning their beaches, canals and waterfront shorelines on the same day.
